This session will identify, define and explore some of the most common and/or problematic complications of anesthesia performed by oral and maxillofacial surgeons. The program will feature closed claims processed through OMSNIC involving anesthesia cases. A member of the OMSNIC team will address unique legal aspects of each case and provide useful advice in terms of documentation and processing of litigations.
