Life inside and outside of the office can be stressful. Finances, family issues, diet and exercise all play a role in an individual’s mental health. Being self-aware and mindful of what promotes well-being and what does not can help one live a life best-lived. This session will discuss how attendees can find and follow their unique paths to well-being.

Learning Objectives:

At the conclusion of this presentation, participants should be able to:
  1. Identify and describe the signs and symptoms of burnout.
  2. List and assess the risk factors associated with burnout.
  3. Develop and apply coping strategies.
  4. Analyze statistics related to mental health issues as they relate to different provider, staff and patient populations.
  5. Assess and develop an individual list of three to five well-being goals to achieve over the next 12 months.
