This session is designed to identify oral and maxillofacial surgery team challenges in attitudes and work performance and offer concrete, positive solutions to re-motivating and re-energizing team members. Symptoms of an unhappy practice and/or an under-appreciated team and OMS will be identified. The session also will also explain how practice managers and owners can create a dynamic OMS team.
