This session aims to answer the questions “How do I get my team more involved and interested in moving the practice forward?” “How do I motivate my team?” and “How can we be better at patient retention and treatment acceptance?” In this session, attendees will identify areas they need to look into in their own practices, conversations that count and ways to help improve communication skills and team engagement in the patient process and in overall practice growth.
