Julia R. Plevnia, DDS, FACS, FACD
Dr. Julia R. Plevnia has had a remarkable career in the military and private practice. She has been a member of the Facial Trauma Panel of TESS (Trauma Emergency Specialty Surgery) for 12 years. She is an owner/partner of Dry Creek Oral Surgery private practice in Parker and Denver Tech Center, Colorado.

Dr. Plevnia was born in Bad Axe, Michigan. She attended Oakland University in Rochester, Michigan, where she earned a dual bachelor’s degree. Dr. Plevnia received her Doctorate Degree from the University of Michigan Dental School. Dr. Plevnia completed her OMFS training at Walter Reed Army Medical.

Dr. Plevnia is very active in AAOMS. She has been the Colorado delegate for over 12 years and is currently the Caucus V Chairperson and was an ABOMS board examiner and case writer for over 6 years.

Dr. Plevnia is married to her husband Anthony for 21 years and has two sons, Harrison and Preston. Dr. Plevnia has served over 27 years in the US Army.
