Dr. Shupak is a board-certified and dual fellowship-trained oral and maxillofacial surgeon. His clinical interests include adult and pediatric maxillofacial pathology and reconstruction, facial trauma, corrective jaw (orthognathic) surgery and the surgical management of obstructive sleep apnea. He treats both adult and pediatric patients.
Dr. Shupak attended the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, where he earned his degree in dental medicine, as well as the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine, where he earned his medical degree. He earned a master’s degree in bioethics from the University of Pennsylvania. He completed his residency at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. Following residency, Dr. Shupak completed his fellowship in Oral, Head & Neck Surgical Oncology and Microvascular Reconstruction at John Peter Smith Health Network in Fort Worth, Texas. He also completed a Pediatric Craniomaxillofacial Surgery fellowship at CAMC in Charleston, WV. He is certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
