Dr. Michael J. Stronczek is a practicing oral and maxillofacial surgeon in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He did his undergraduate training at the University of Notre Dame. He received his dental degree from Indiana University in 1988 and completed his residency and master’s program in oral and maxillofacial surgery at The Ohio State University in 1992. Dr. Stronczek has been certified as a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery since 1994. Dr. Stronczek served on the Committee on Anesthesia for AAOMS from 1996-2002, acting as Chairman of the Committee for his last two years. The AAOMS selected him Committee Person of the Year in 2003. Dr. Stronczek then sat on Committee H for the ADA until 2004. He was inducted into the American College of Dentists in 2002 and the International College of Dentists in 2003. Dr. Stronczek served a two-year term as a Director of the American Dental Society of Anesthesia. Dr. Stronczek served as a member of OMSNIC's Claims Committee and contributed to the OMSNIC Advisory Panel from 2003 to 2010. He has been a Director of OMSNIC since 2010 and of Fortress Insurance Company beginning in 2016. He has also served as a Director of The River Agency since 2016. Dr. Stronczek serves as the Corporate Secretary for OMSNIC and Fortress.
