Katrina L. Kontaxis, DMD, MSc, FRCD(C)

Katrina Kontaxis is an oral and maxillofacial surgeon and associate professor at the Université de Montréal. She obtained her DMD from Université de Montréal in 2012. She then went on to pursue her training in oral and maxillofacial surgery at Yale-New Haven Hospital in Connecticut. She is a Fellow of the Royal College of Dentists of Canada (FRCD). She is also a diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (ABOMS). Dr. Kontaxis is also a member of the oral and maxillofacial surgery associations of Quebec (ASCBMFQ), Canada (CAOMS) and the United-States (AAOMS). She is in private practice in Montreal and participates in teaching oral and maxillofacial surgery residents at the Montreal General Hospital.
