Dr. Zachary Peacock is a fellowship trained pediatric oral and maxillofacial surgeon. His clinical interests are in orthognathic surgery, pediatric obstructive sleep apnea, cleft lip and palate, and dentoalveolar surgery. His research interests include orthognathic and pediatric surgery and benign pathology of the maxillofacial region. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
Originally from rural Michigan, Dr. Peacock completed his undergraduate work at Michigan State University before receiving his DMD from the Harvard School of Dental Medicine summa cum laude. He then received his MD degree and completed residency training in oral and maxillofacial surgery at the University of California, San Francisco. He then completed the Mass General Pediatric Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Fellowship.
He chair and program director of oral and maxillofacial surgery at Mass General and Harvard School of Dental Medicine. He is co-director of the Cleft and Craniofacial Center at Mass General Hospital for Children and Shriner's Hospital for Children - Boston.
