This event is sold out. This year’s President’s Event – hosted by Dr. Mark A. Egbert and his wife, Dr. Lisa Egbert – will take place in Universal Orlando Resort, where attendees will have private access to food, rides and entertainment.
The night will kick off at 7:30 p.m. with a dinner buffet on the promenade of Universal CityWalk, which will include entertainment and beverage service inside CityWalk venues and along the promenade. At 9:30 p.m., guests will move to Universal Islands of Adventure for dessert and exclusive access to rides and entertainment.
President’s Event Transportation Shuttles Transportation to Universal Orlando Resort will be provided beginning at 7 p.m. from the Hyatt Regency Orlando “Convention Center entrance” (look for signage and AAOMS guides) and the Rosen Centre Orlando bus transportation area. Return trips will stop at all AAOMS host hotels.
Rideshare/Taxi Use the following address: 6000 Universal Blvd., Orlando, FL 32819 You will be dropped off in the rideshare area. Follow the signage to Universal Orlando CityWalk. Proceed to the main entrance and head toward the Universal Orlando CityWalk. You will go through security, and then follow the private event signage. If you do not have a wristband, please proceed to the check-in table inside the event area.
Driving Use the following address: 6000 Universal Blvd., Orlando, FL 32819 Park in the Universal Lots. (There is no free parking.) Proceed to the main entrance and head toward the Universal Orlando CityWalk. You will go through security, and then follow the private event signage. If you do not have a wristband, please proceed to the check-in table inside the event area.
Note: You may encounter additional traffic due to Halloween Horror Nights. If there is inclement weather, ponchos will be provided.
