Zeena Hassoon Al-Sarraf, BDS

Senior House Officer in the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Department

My name is Dr. Zeena Hassoon Al-Sarraf, BDS, and I am currently a Senior House Officer (SHO) in the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (OMFS) Department in Altnagelvin Area Hospital in Derry, Northern Ireland. I graduated from Trinity College Dublin in 2019 with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery and have worked in dental practice since graduation and still do so part-time. I also have experience as an orthodontic therapist at an orthodontic practice. I have been a clinical mentor for a dental nurse at my practice throughout her dental nursing programme. Next year, I hope to continue my dental core training in oral surgery and oral medicine in the School of Dentistry, Belfast, Northern Ireland.
