Jessica Ellis-Wilson, CHW, FACMPE (she/they)

Jessica Ellis-Wilson, CHW, FACMPE, is the founder and principal of Practical Management & Leadership Consulting. Jessica also serves as Chair of the Diversity Committee for American Mensa, Managing and Artistic Director of the WatermelonAlligator Theatre Company, and co-Managing Producer for Danu Pictures Film Company.

A Massachusetts Certified Communtiy Health Worker and Fellow of the American College of Medical Practice Executives, Jessica has guided myriad organizations through periods of uncertainty and upheaval, collaborating with leadership teams to bring about transformative change. Jessica offers healthcare operations and leadership consulting, executive coaching, and organizational and cultural transformation, with a special focus on equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging. Jessica is regularly invited to speak globally on a variety of healthcare, leadership, and humanitarian topics.
