Dr. Robert Nadeau is a Clinical Associate Professor in the Division of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at University of Minnesota. He is the Director of the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Training Program Director.
Dr. Nadeau serves as a Commission on Dental Accreditation site inspector for advanced training programs in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and is the past Chairman of the AAOMS Commission on Professional Conduct. He is currently the Chair-elect for the Council on Advanced Education Programs throught the ADEA. He previously served as faculty and the Director of Resident Education at the University of Missouri, Kansas City and Truman Medical Center Graduate Training Program in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
Dr. Nadeau is a Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon, a Diplomate of the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and a Fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons as well as a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He has co-authored several textbook chapters related to maxillofacial reconstruction. Dr. Nadeau has won numerous teaching awards throughout his career and enjoys the academic setting. He lectures locally and regionally about office medical emergencies, anxiolysis techniques, management of head and neck infections.
